NOTE: There is no background in the decal, the background is whatever surface you place decal on! In the picture the vinyl decal is colored, the (background) would be whatever surface you apply it to!

Decal is only one (1) color!!!!

Application Instructions

1. Rub over decal with credit card to push out any air pockets and to make sure it sticks together in step 2.
2. Pull paper backing from decal & transfer tape carefully & slowly at a sharp angle.
3. Evenly apply decal to surface and rub over to assure adhesion.
4. Remove transfer tape slowly and carefully away from decal & surface at a sharp angle.**

**The decals go on the outside of window.
